IT'S A SIMPLE QUESTION, BUT IT'S NOT AN EASY ONE Hey Gorgeous, I was walking through the park today. Birds chirping overhead, water running in the stream nearby, people out on the trails enjoying the morning. It's still warm where I live, but I noticed the leaves starting to fall on the ground. It reminded me that…Fall is coming. And I thought about something I told a friend not long ago. The seasons are one of the few things in life you can actually count on. Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter occur every single year, without fail. Everything else changes. Our careers, our relationships, our priorities, our bodies, and our dreams change. And yes, we change too. We change our minds about what we want, what brings us joy, and what makes us feel like we are living in our truth. But instead of embracing that change, we sometimes hold on to a season that's already over because it's familiar. We keep doing what used to work. We chase goals we set years ago, for a person we no longer are. We keep expecting ourselves to be who we were before life moved us somewhere new. And eventually, you have to stop and ask yourself something. What do I want now? Not what you wanted five years ago, or what other people think you should want. But what you want now....in THIS season. And once that question is on the table, the harder ones follow. Do I have what I actually need for where I'm heading? Am I happy with the life I've built? Am I becoming who I want to be? And if the answer is no... what am I willing to change? This is part of why I love the Fall season so much. Spring feels like planting. Summer feels like growing. But Fall feels like the moment you stop and look around and ask, what am I ready to harvest, and what am I ready to let fall away? Maybe there's something you've worked hard for that's finally ready to be enjoyed. Maybe there's something that served you beautifully in one season and just doesn't belong in the next. Maybe it's a habit. A relationship. An expectation. A goal you set a long time ago. Or even a version of yourself you've simply outgrown. And maybe there are seeds you want to plant again when spring comes back around. You don't need all the answers today. You just have to be willing to sit with the questions. Because change is coming either way, the only real choice is who you decide to become as you move through it. So as we head into this new season, give yourself a little room to think about: *What am I harvesting? *What am I releasing? *What do I want now? *And what am I ready to plant next? Fall isn't just a season of things ending. It might be an invitation to make room for what's next. If you're ready to get aligned with what your next season actually looks like, and dig into what you're really ready for next, this is exactly what we work through every Wednesday in my workshop: SOMETHING IS MISSING: Why You're Highly Accomplished & Still Unfulfilled. THE TIME I ALMOST DIED IN A PLANE CRASH AND WHAT IT TAUGHT ME ABOUT LIVING Hello! So there I was on a work trip, going from Montana to Chicago. The plane had been in the air about thirty minutes when I started to smell smoke. Then all of a sudden the plane was shaking, and our oxygen masks came down from the ceiling. The flight attendant got on the speaker: "Everyone, please put your oxygen mask on now. Be sure to secure your own mask before assisting others." I thought I was going to die....

CLARITY LED ME TO GOLF, WHICH LED TO... Hi There! So there I was on a beautiful Saturday morning. The sun shining, people laughing as they walked by, and me sitting at my desk typing on my computer. ‘ding, ding’ my phone squeaked, as another text came through, ‘hmm is that my friend Lisa? ' I thought as I picked up the phone to check the text, no, it was “Duke Energy” reminding me my bill was coming up due. “Oh yea let me go ahead and pay that energy bill,” I thought as I sat there. Then, out...
